Mum: Hi, I'm Kelly's mum and this is her dad, Pete. We also have a son, Steven, but he's at university in London. He's studying maths, we're so proud of him. We've lived in Brighton for about 10 years now. We moved from London because of Pete's job.

Dad: I got offered a partnership in a local law firm. It worked out really well so we have made Brighton our home. The kids seemed to like it here as well.

Mum: Yes, Kelly loves living here, there's so much to do. I think she even plans to go to university here. It would be nice if she meet a nice boy there and started a family.

Dad: Jane.....

Mum: What? I'm only saying I'd like her and our grandchildren to be close to us.

Dad: Well surely she's got the whole world to explore before any talk of settling down. She's a bright girl she might want to go off and save the planet or become the second female prime minister.

Mum: Yes I suppose so. I mean I don't really mind what she does but it would be nice to have some little grandchildren running about the place at some point.

Dad: Let's just see what she wants...
